Chef Matteo Gallo, owner and operator of Gallo Fine Foods, was born and raised in Costa Rica to Italian parents. He combines his love for both his Italian and his Costa Rican heritages to create dishes that are hearty and delicious. For guests staying in the greater Tamarindo area, Chef Matteo and his team will come to your villa or lodgings and will prepare a memorable meal onsite.
